Jolene O'Hara
Singer

Born and based in Belfast, Jolene O’Hara graduated with a 2:1 BEng Product Design Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast in July 2009. Since then she has made a small adjustment to her career path and has thrown herself into the theatre profession. Jolene’s theatre credits include Lucy in Scrooge’s Christmas (Ulster Theatre Company), Peep-Bo in Hot Mikado (St. Agnes’), Rosalia in West Side Story (Ulster Operatic Company) and originated several roles in Scary Musical and Epic (StandIN’ Ovation).

Jolene appeared in the DOE Motorbike Safety TV campaign by LyleBailie as ‘The Bride’ showing on UTV, Channel 4 and RTÉ. In 2009 she placed 2nd overall (1st female) in the Sir William Lloyd Webber UK VoiceNPAC competition in London. At present, Jolene is in her final year of a Bachelor’s Degree in Musical Theatre Performance with the London College of Music. Jolene feels very privileged to be involved with Elegies and has enjoyed every minute of it.
